Note: Anchorage Massage Therapies requires a valid credit card number to book an appointment.

• You can choose “Reserve without Paying,” and we’ll keep your card on file, or select “Pay Now” to pay in full before your appointment.

• You receive an email confirming your appointment reservation.

We also send a friendly text and email reminder 48 hours before your appointment to ensure you don’t forget. ⭐️

You may change or cancel your appointment online 24 hours or more before your scheduled treatment time for no charge.

Here’s how: Go to your confirmation email and click “Cancel Appointment.” You receive an email that confirms the cancellation.

Late cancellations or “no-show” appointments may be charged 50% of the service fee, but we understand things happen. First-time cancellations or “no-show” appointments will not be charged.

Please contact us if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
